Beginners is the agency for people who start things. We draw on our experiences working inside public relations agencies, at venture capital firms, and as startup marketers to inform our holistic point of view on storytelling. 

We are seeking an Associate to join our team. We’re looking for:

Here are a few practical considerations:

• This is a full-time, primarily remote position. We’re open to all geographies, but our founders are based in Los Angeles and New York City.

• Our agency is in scaling mode. We’re looking for someone with 3-6 years of experience that can be an integral part of our next phase of growth.

• We work across disciplines. Candidates should have a mix of agency and in-house (ideally, startup) experience across the marketing spectrum. You must have held some responsibilities related to conducting, or managing, public relations activity.

• The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $100,000

• We primarily work with companies in the technology ecosystem. Currently, that includes startups at various stages, venture investors, and related industries.

• Our work output is a blend of strategy and activation across brand, communications and content. 

• We collaborate closely with founders, business leaders and other agencies.
